HideOutlook – Minimize Microsoft Outlook to System Tray

HideOutlook is an Outlook extension that is able to minimize Outlook to system tray while keeping them running at background.

HideOutlook is a freeware that is able to minimize outlook to system tray instead of taskbar. Once you have installed and launched it, it will stay at system tray silently. To minimize Outlook to system tray, just right click on the tray icon follow by choosing Hide Outlook, then Outlook will be disappeared from taskbar and minimize to system tray. Alternatively, you can hide Outlook to system tray by minimizing the window. Another good feature that is worth to be highlighted here is you don’t even need to go to Outlook to perform some tasks like creating email message, post, appointment, task, contact, journal entry, note and what you need to do is just right clicking on the tray icon, then choose Create and a list of tasks will be listed as shown below.

You can display the Outlook at anytime if you want such as for email checking, just right click on the tray icon and choose Show Outlook.
