Microsoft has released the latest version of Internet Explorer web browser, IE11, to Windows 7 systems worldwide on early November 2013 in 95 languages. IE11 is already been released on October 17, 2013, together with the general availability of Windows 8.1, as it comes as the default built-in web browser for Windows 8.1 systems. But IE11 is not officially available for Windows 7 just yet at that time, even though Internet Explorer 11 Developer and Release Preview versions have been available for free download from Microsoft since June 2013.
According to Microsoft, the final release of IE11 brings improved performance, security, privacy, and reliability to the web browser.
Microsoft also claims that IE11 on Windows 7 is 9% faster than IE10, which is nearly 30% faster than the nearest competitive browser. IE11 on Windows 7 improves performance across the board with faster page loading, faster interactivity, and faster JavaScript performance, while reducing CPU usage and improving battery life on mobile PCs.
