Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11 Laptop With Netbook-Like Portability

Lenovo has announced the launch of its new Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11 laptop, which the company claims as the smallest and lightest ThinkPad model, combining a netbook-like portability with (small-to-medium businesses) SMB-level features and performance. The ThinkPad Edge 11-inch notebook that features a 11.6-inch (1366 x 768 pixels) display and long battery life of up to 7 hours is available with an option of Intel Intel Core/Pentium or AMD Vision Pro Athlon ultra low voltage processors.

“Just like large businesses, small business customers want laptops that perform without skimping on features that at the same time, fit their unique style and come at the right price,” commented Dilip Bhatia, vice president for ThinkPad Marketing at Lenovo. “That’s why we’ve created the ThinkPad Edge 11-inch laptop with the latest processors for multitasking, 3G and WiMax for anywhere connectivity and included extra business-focused features like a standard low light sensitive webcamera.”

The new ultra-slim and lightweight Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11-inch notebook which measures just 1.1 inch thin and weights less than 3 lbs is available in 3 variants of stylish color – Midnight Black Glossy, Midnight Black Smooth and Heatwave Red Glossy, and the prices is starting at $449.
