Nikon COOLPIX S8100 with 12.1 MP Backlit CMOS Sensor Overview

Nikon has announced the upcoming launch of its new 12.1-megapixel Nikon COOLPIX S8100 digital camera, which features an advanced backside illumination CMOS sensor, wide-angle NIKKOR ED glass lens with 10x optical zoom, 3-inch high-resolution (921,000-pixel) display, HDMI port, Creative Slider, high sensitivity ISO up to 3200 and 10fps high-speed continuous shooting, capable of recording 1080p full HD movie with stereo sound and optical zoom capability. The new COOLPIX S8100 will be available in 3 variants of stylish color – black, red and gold.
